Hotel Policies

1- Breakfast is included in the rate when served at the hotel's Restaurant;
two- Check-in at 14:00 and Check-out at 12:00;
3- Courtesy accommodation for 1 child up to 07 years old accompanied by 02 paying guests, provided they are accommodated with their parents in the same available bed.
4- Parking is free for guests, in a rotating space.
5- We do not charge a service fee;
6- Tourism Tax: R$ 2.50 per person/day - Iguassu Convention & Visitors Bureau;
7- Half-board rate: includes the value of dinner in all daily stays, once half-board is contracted, the value of dinner will be considered for all contracted nights, with no option to exclude or refund the value referring to the dinner not consumed .
8- Pet Friendly Hotel: We accept small animals, up to 10kg with an additional cost of R$ 50.00 per day, for the first 2 days, from the third day the cost is R$ 30.00 per day. Accommodation is only allowed in the Standard Pet category (Other category not allowed), it is mandatory to make the reservation in advance and it is at the hotel's discretion to accommodate the pet or not in case there is no advance reservation. Mandatory to present vaccination card at check-in. Walking with a pet without a leash is not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the Restaurant.
9- Reservations for the low season period will be guaranteed upon advance payment of the first night of the reserved apartments and the remaining balance paid by the guest at check-in.
10- Reservations for the high season period will be guaranteed/made upon advance payment of 50% of the total value of the reserved apartments and the remaining balance paid by the guest at check-in.
11- Last minute reservations without payment of guarantee will only be guaranteed until 18:00, after that time the reservation will be canceled and reactivation will be subject to availability;
12- Cancellations and changes to reservations during low season are allowed up to 72 hours before the check-in date and reservations in high season (holidays, holidays and events) are allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date , taking into account that changes are subject to availability and cancellations are subject to hotel approval;
13- Non-Refundable Reservations: In case of withdrawal/cancellation or non-attendance at the hotel during the reserved period, the full amount of the booked nights and contracted services will be charged/billed, that is, no cancellation is allowed without cost or any kind of return.
14- In case of no-show: During low season, the hotel will charge the 1st night per room booked. High season periods, holidays, events and thematic package reservations: Hotel will charge the full amount of the advance payment;
15- Early departure: High season periods, holidays, events and thematic package reservations, will not entitle you to any kind of return, nor reduction of values, credit or compensation for other expenses incurred;
16- Early Check in: subject to hotel availability, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm with an additional charge of 1 extra night according to the daily rate. After this time it will be free, subject to hotel availability. The request must be made directly with the reservations department at the time of booking or for last-minute cases, consult the reception supervisor.
17- Late Check out: subject to hotel availability, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm with an additional cost of half a day, according to the daily rate. After this time, the normal value of the full rate for the day will be charged, according to hotel availability. The request must be made directly with the reservations department at the time of booking or for last-minute cases, consult the reception supervisor.
18- The daily rate will be paid in reais (BRL), according to the rate of the day. Therefore, we inform you that the value displayed in another currency, such as Argentine Pesos or Dollars IS GUIDANCE and will be calculated according to the exchange rate of the day;
***Children under 18 must be accompanied by at least one of their parents and present an official identity document (RG or Birth Certificate). To the legal guardian appointed by the parents or justice, written authorization from one of them is required (firm notarized)***
