Covid-19 Prevention Measures


We know that the current situation regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) may leave some concerns and still requires a lot of attention.


To take care of the health of our guests, employees and partners, we have prepared a Protocol with preventive measures, which are being applied in our hotel. See below what we're doing to ensure a safe stay for everyone.


Preventive measures

  • Temperature measurement of all guests at the hotel reception.
  • We provide 70% alcohol at strategic points for all hotel guests;
  • The use of masks is mandatory in the common areas of the hotel;
  • We carry out awareness campaigns for our employees, through training;
  • We have adopted a specific protocol for all sectors and hotel environments.


What changes at your check in?

  • Temperature measurement is taken upon arrival
  • At the reception desk, we maintain a distance line of at least one and a half meters (1.5 m) between the customer and the receptionist
  • It is necessary for each guest to fill out a questionnaire related to Covid symptoms that will be sent to the health department through the COVIDFOZ application for monitoring;
  • Receptionists are equipped with masks;
  • Cleaning the reception desk and pens at each service;
  • Everyone must wear a mask, with a disposable one being offered if the customer does not have one;
  • For the safety of guests and employees, we suggest the self-service of luggage and parking;
  • Keys are sanitized in front of the guest, before being handed over at check-in and at check-out they will be discarded in a proper place.
  • Elevators are frequently disinfected. We do not recommend sharing the elevator with other guests. Only guests from the same family or who are sharing the same apartment



in your accommodation

  • Do not worry. Complete cleaning and disinfection of the housing unit and its surfaces is carried out before the entry of a new guest;



restaurant care

  • We have increased the distance between occupied tables and chairs;
  • We provide disposable gloves for the customer to use during breakfast and dinner service;
  • It is mandatory to wear a mask in the restaurant. Allowed to be without a mask only when consuming;


leisure areas

  • Leisure spaces and areas must respect the general rules of physical distancing and sanitary hygiene;
  • The use of masks is mandatory in the common areas of the hotel;



Our cleaning and hygiene care

  • Constant washing and disinfection of surfaces where employees and consumers circulate;
  • We intensify the cleaning of surfaces and objects in common use (including counters, light switches and elevators, doorknobs, cabinet handles, among others);
  • Whenever possible, we will maintain the natural ventilation of environments, rooms and closed spaces, opening windows and doors for air circulation;
  • We provide liquid soap and disposable paper towels in the restrooms;


These guidelines can be changed at any time, in accordance with new guidelines from health bodies and health authorities.
